Microshield (MCS) Air Barriers are ideal for most foot traffic doorways up to 2.4m high. They are aesthetically pleasing, efficient and extremely quiet during operation. They are equipped with a high and low speed setting and can also be manufactured with an optional keyed switch and automatic activation package so they would only operate in conjunction with the door operation. Microshield Air Barriers are ideal for areas with low head room above the doorway. Microshields are 240v, include a 1m lead and come with standard mounting brackets to allow for easy installation. This light weight efficient Air Barrier is available in 3 colours; Off White, Brushed Aluminum & Black. Applications include retail doorways, employee entrances and exits, patio doors, foot traffic receiving doors, food preparation and refrigerated areas.

EU Comfortshield (ECS) Air Barriers are designed for doors up to 2.7m height. Ideal for doorways with higher prevailing winds or slight negative pressure. This effective and efficient model is acoustically insulated and can be powder coated to a multitude of colours to suit the client’s preference. The Automatic Activation package and a variable speed controller is included. The EU Comfortshield Air Barrier is also ideal for retail and employee entrances and exits, foot traffic receiving doors, food preparation and refrigerated areas.

Durashield (DS) Air Barriers are designed for doors that are 2.4m to 3m in height. Durashield models are constructed from a welded powder coated frame and are insulated with sound absorbing fire resistant foam insulation, powder coated telescopic installation sliders and include powder coated wall brackets as well as an articulating discharge nozzle. All models also include an Automatic Activation Package so the Air Barrier operates in conjunction with the doors operation. Variable speed controller is included. Durashield models include a Control Panel and have a consistent fan placement every 2’ across the entire width of the Air Barrier. The Durashield Air Barrier is ideal for Shipping/Receiving, Manufacturing or Refrigerated applications. They can be installed horizontally or vertically.
